Common questions
Which export formats can I download?
SRT (SubRip) sidecar files, alpha-channel overlays, and burned-in MP4 at 1080×1920. Exports work with Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, and other NLEs.
Which languages does Bayaan support?
Seven Desi languages: Hinglish (Roman), Hindi (Devanagari), Urdu, Punjabi, Bengali, Tamil, and English — in native script or Roman transliteration.
Does Bayaan handle mixed Hindi–English?
Yes. Bayaan is trained on real code-mixed South Asian speech, so Hinglish phrases like 'yaar', 'matlab', and 'basically' are cleaned without flattening your voice.
How do billing and plan changes work?
Upgrade or downgrade from your account settings. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle. Email us if you need help choosing a plan for your team.
Is my footage private?
Your uploads are encrypted in transit and at rest, purged 30 days after export by default, and never used to train shared models. See the privacy policy for full details.
Can I request a language you don't support yet?
Yes. Email support@bayaanai.com with the language, sample footage, and your use case. We prioritize requests from teams shipping regularly.
How do I export SRT for CapCut or Premiere?
After transcription, choose SRT export from the render panel. Import the sidecar into CapCut or Premiere Pro, or export a burned-in MP4 if you prefer not to use a timeline.
